  • BAG Members Invited: Join the June BAG Allyship Challenge – Deadline 30 May 2025 “Allyship is not a title — it’s a verb. It’s about action, intention, and standing in solidarity with others, especially when it’s inconvenient, uncomfortable, or unseen. We all have a role to play.” At the British Aviation Group, we are committed to shaping an aviation industry where everyone feels seen, heard, valued, and included. That begins with people — and the daily choices we all make to show up for one another. As part of our Inclusion Calendar, we’re proud to launch the BAG Allyship Challenge for June. This initiative invites members from across our sector to reflect on what allyship means to them — and to share how they are taking action to support equity, belonging, and fairness in their day-to-day work and beyond. We will feature a diverse range of voices and stories across our website, social media platforms, and selected BAG events throughout June. Our goal is to spotlight authentic experiences and approaches to allyship that exist across our broad and dynamic membership. Whether you identify as a Champion, a Confidant, or a Scholar — your story can spark change. For more information on how BAG Members can get involved go to: https://lnkd.in/ebCnN_Wk #BAGAllyshipChallenge #EmbraceEquity #Allyship
